Benches are often used as outdoor furniture. However, the Bench - Reim, with its sheer simplicity, class, durability and comfort - all rolled into one - would be perfect indoors as well.
The Bench Reim is basically a rectangular bench, like most. The frame is made of sturdy wood, varnished in a light brown coat. To add to the vintage look, cream scratches have been made, showing off the natural grain of the wood.
It has a very plain apron, made extra resilient with the addition of the stretcher a few inches off the ground. The bench's legs are straight, quite plain. However, the manufacturers have added a great accent on the upper part of the legs, near the apron. These are the round, scrolled carvings, very similar to the detailing in ancient Grecian furniture pieces. It also features a wide, soft seat, upholstered in a light cream fabric.
This would be perfect for any room design mainly because of its simplicity. It can be partnered with the all around Ottoman Reim, which is also made available in the site.
